Our founder, Jagadishwar Balla, brings 30+ years of experience from industry giants Tech Mahindra and L&T Technology Services, where he led innovation management initiatives across the organization. As a Certified Master Black Belt from the Indian Statistical Institute and ASQ, he understood that most companies either excel at innovation OR process excellence—but rarely both.
After spending years helping companies of all sizes transform their operations, Balla took the leap to build something different—a company that doesn't just deliver projects, but transforms businesses through the powerful combination of innovative thinking + Six Sigma rigor + technical excellence.

CogniStreamer NV (Belgium) - CEO Hein D Keyzer flew to India to visit our Hyderabad development center. Our leadership team also traveled to Kortijk, Belgium for induction training and process alignment. A true partnership built on trust and collaboration.
Economic Mission Participant
Invited to participate alongside CogniStreamer in the largest economic mission from Belgium to India (April 2016), led by Flanders Minister-President. 84 delegates representing 55 Flemish companies.
COVID-19 Industry Meeting
