🎉 Celebrating 6 Years of Partnership with a Leading U.S. Broadband & Video Services Provider! 🎉
We are excited to share that this month marks the successful completion of 6 years working with one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States! 🎉
Our journey began in 2018, starting with a PoC for a chat application delivered within a week of receiving the requirements. Since then, we’ve partnered with their IT Automation team to deliver impactful solutions that drive enterprise-level automation. We are the only one so far working with customer on IT Automation team (along with customers)
Here are a few key projects we’ve had the privilege of delivering together with our customer:
🚀 Employee Onboarding & Off-boarding Automation using micro-services architecture, we’ve automated tasks from their ITSM tool (ServiceNow), completing over 26K de-provisions and 20K provisions annually, streamlining processes and making a significant business impact.
📞 Multitenant IVR We built a multi tenant IVR using open-source Asterisk, empowering their internal NOC teams with powerful, scalable communication tools.
🔍 SOX Auditing Discrepancy Service We monitor Active Directory user accounts and report discrepancies against business rules, ensuring compliance and security by detecting and addressing anomalies swiftly.
📊 SOX Evidencing Ensuring SOX compliance by monitoring off-boarding processes and maintaining audit trails within 24 hours of employee departure, helping them meet external regulatory requirements.
📈 Comprehensive Admin & Reporting Application We developed a real-time dashboard that tracks all the above services, monitors micro services’ health, and provides key metrics for service performance.
📧 Internal Email Campaign Tool A tool for internal employee communications that provides metrics on open rates, department performance, and optimal times for sending corporate communications.
